Hi - whenever I connect my phone in the car using Bluetooth after reconnecting the contact list has to be downloaded again which takes a few minutes each time - this happens on my iPhone and my Blackberry so it is not device specific. Any tips on how to make this stop?

The voice prompts are useless unless you have a perfect American accent. How come my bank can understand me when I speak normal speed and in my own northern English accent over a phone line but the thing that is 2 feet from my face cannot?
