Is there a tweak to get the turbo on my cx-7 that turbo original sound.

My 09 mazda cx-7 is making a ghirijjjj noise on cold start-ups. It makes that noise for the first 2-3 seconds and ten it stops and runs normal. I can't seem to figure it out where the noise is coming from. I have already changed the oil to full synthetic but that wasn't the problem. Any ideas...
