So I went down to the HD, got the garage door lip and some 3m tape. Problem is, the brand they carry now uses a kind of rubber that does not stick to double sided tape (rolleyes). No prob, I just used 1" self tapping hex head screws and followed the bumper line. I like how it came out a lot...
