I can't vouch for any colder, but I can tell you that they are good for -25 degrees. Or, perhaps any heat is acceptable at that point! 3-2-1 does pretty well for me in the cold.

I'll second that! It's great to be able to flip the seats individually while maintaining protection on the others. The flap is great if you have a dog that feels the need to jump in from 8 feet away and it folds down flat when not in use.

No, it definitely happens! Mine have done it a few times. I'm not sure if it will do any good, but I have some expensive Shin-Etzu grease that I'm going to put on the seals when it warms up a little. It really helped the window motion on my Miata. Pricey, but a tube of it should last the average...
