As the tittle states. I'm looking to buy a set of Ground Control Coilover Sleeves. It doesn't really matter what type of condition they're in as long as they come with the spanner wrenches and everything you need to install these.

Depends on where you go to get it painted. I get my student discount so I wouldn't know hah.

My suggestion would be to sand it down to bare metal and throw some primer on it until you have the money to pay for new paint. That would at least prevent the rust from spreading. To me it just looks like surface rust so it's not to bad.

And all the fittings come with the Glowshift right? Ex. t-fittings, sensors, etc.
