hi,am having a tps problem,with my 5 speed p5,which is causing my tps to am trying to find the proper way to adjust and check my tps.I also notice on the torq app,my tps read 17%@ idle,and around 80% @WOT..I tryreplacing it with a spare on i had,an nothing change...My sis has a auto p5 an hers...

yup,i was losing 3-4 quarts of oil before fillup,with 270,000 on the motor.i replace valve seals before,but it didnt do anything.i just replace the motor..ill rebuild it later..also you should install the mazdaspeed protege oil cooler.i think this is one of the only mazda motors that doesnt...

Has anyone had any problems with your cooling fan??Mines makes noise in the morning time,an i notice the fan blades feels shaky.The fan assembly cost 450-800 bucks(boom01)(drunk).do the nut on the fan blades knows for coming lose??

i just bought ablue p5 for my sister,and i also own a klze mx3...P5 handle really well,just as good as my wife 05 mazda3..i just wish it had more power,like 160-180hp...Am thinking about getting one for myself too!!

i remove the manifold on sunday,screws was tight,but i remove it anyways...I notice that my VICS system was jam open from old oil..I had to clean it,an i also red lock tight the screws.After i reinstall the intake manifold,i figured out why the VICS system was jam...Bad vacuum solenoid..What the...

Dam..well ive no notice the chatter at startup,so am going to take the manifold off....I also notice that it fall within the recall vin range too..`I hope the intake manifold aint to hard to come off!!llol

Yeah, there's no clattering noise at all,but I might still take it off an look.my protege is not one of those, that fell in the recall bracket,but I was just checking to see if screws was coming loose on those that didn't fell in the recall bracket also!
