I want to get high wattage bulbs(boom05) and heavy duty headlight harness. I almost bought the HD harness for the H7 bulb then i remembered the adapter. Does anybody know the size of the adapter/ what harness to get?(detect)

Does anybody know how these 2 pieces go together. I ordered a new grill and upper grill but can't figure out how to put it together.
