Ride is thumping and shaking (2014 CX-9)

My 2014 Mazda CX9 has been thumping. Like when the tires are out of balance. Tires are less than 4 years old. I had tires rotated and balanced and problem is still there. The higher the speed the worse it gets. What could it be. I'm going to Mr tire but don't want to get ripped off. Help please. Thank you.

you had the wheels balanced at first or recently while trying to fix the problem? If you haven't done it recently you might have lost a weight or something. If all 4 wheels came back correct, you can try to check the main drive shaft
