    Can someone help with my trans?

    I've been trying to find a filter for my transmission, but it seems my car has a different one? The label on the jamb states the car has a "4EC-AT" transmission. But auto zone says the transmission should be a F4A-el or whatever. Any help?

    Auto Transmission Overfilled

    Mine was like that too, I believe my wasn't ever changed. I didn't really have any issues. But since I changed the fluid my car shifts nicer.

    It could be a good idea to just make the lines yourself, that way you can deal with it if you have this issue again

    Running T6 in 1.6L '01 protege?

    Does anyone have any experience using a different viscosity oil in their Protege? (I made a thread earlier but I think it got deleted?) I'd like to run a heavier duty oil. I'd like to run rotella T6 but it only comes in 5w-40 which is quite different from the stuff I run now (10w-30) any input?
