The cig lighter circuit is shorted to ground somewhere or you have a shorted device plugged in. You'll have to trace the circuit if it's shorted to ground and find out where.

Is that the pdx-v9 5ch? If so, how do you like it? I've been kicking around the idea of snagging one for awhile.

The oem kits usually come with step-by-step instructions with pictures. For me it's a cake walk, but I've been installing in cars for over 15 years. If you follow the instructions, get a proper set of panel pry tools and take your time, you'll be fine.
