I put the LX25'S on my car about 2K miles ago and can report that the ride quality is much better than the Toyo's. Handling is excellent and the performance specs and reviews are much better than the Toyo's.

The recommended size is a "V" rating. I would worry about warranty and insurance complications with dropping to the lower rating even though the "H" rating of 130 MPH is sufficient for a vehicle with a top speed of 120.

Any fitment issues or comments on sizing up. Many more choices in this V rated tire.

The dealers price is a total ripoff. I ordered a Drawtite and harness online for about $175.00 and had the hitch installed at a local shop for $60.00. Total time to install was under 30 min. and out the door for the hitch only. I installed the wiring harness myself.

No need to remove the hitch bolts. Pull the hitch and re-attach the conical washers and nuts. Use the existing bolts for the new hitch. If you are nervous about re-attaching the new hitch, just wrap some wire around the bolt threads and leave a good amount hanging just in case you push a bolt up.

Buy a Draw Tite for around 125.00 Delivered and pay Jack Williams 60.00 to install it. It took about 1/2 hour. Done!

Never a good or popular idea for transporting a fresh kill. I've never seen a deer that didn't have a hundred ticks on them when field dressing. Install a hitch and transport with a trailor or a proper roof rack.
