The Belgium reflashed modules come from Holland !!!! And they don't know ?.....really....

You must call to the tomtom helpdesk and they will connect your sim to your account. I also had this problem ,but it was fixed in minutes

It is just the bluetooth module that has been flashed with new firmware. They switched my module with a used and reflashed module. Then my bluetooth module was send for reflash and installed in another car. The reflashing can't be done by the dealer,but happens somewhere in the Netherlands.

I had the same problem. They gave me 4 new tires,because there were three who had flat spots (to long on the same place ) Everything was vibrating at that moment,but I didn't hear any rattle ! So see it as a test ;)

I have a very small dealer and he had a mail of 2 pages with all the changes (seat memory etc) by the way I'm speaking about version 2014.5 I can't believe that the other dealers didn't get that mail

We also ordered the 2014.5 ( or what they call in Belgium ipm2) model on the 10th of december,but our delivery date is 28 april ! Confirmed by the dealer last week. I hate to wait 2 months longer :( then in the UK,why are they always a step ahead in everything !
