Same with my Note 2 on Verizon. I get the message on the screen to download the message but the message download always fail.

I also got that message on the TomTom Home about the map hasn't been updated for 20 weeks after I installed 935. I'm not sure what this means. I know I did a previous map update after I got my CX 5 around 7 weeks ago.
