Thanks so much for you information! It's definitely the butterfly assembly that's rattling. Yeah I agree with you tho, shouldn't happen at 100k. Unfortunately the car has done a lot of short trips in its early life; it's done a lot of cold starts, so that would change the wear rate. Cheers...
