Look on Cruthchfield.com and put in your vehicle. It'll bring up all the different sizes for the speaker in your vehicle and products they carry as well. They're a little expensive so just find something you like and do an interwebs search for the part #.

If you don't want to redo it, I'd go with vinyl wrap. In my experience, plastidip never really holds up over time. I'm sure there's some place local to you that does wraps and I would think that just wrapping those few chrome pieces would not be that expensive. Another option if you have a...
