can't afford to spend any money wright now. Used or rebuild? Original has 46,000 miles used has 37,000 miles?

Fletcher's of Arizona after an oil change and not geting the oil plug tight offered to either rebuild my motor with all new mazda parts or to put a used one with less miles on it. What would you do? Either way I get 2 years 24,000 miles warranty on it. (boom06)

Anyone has sucessfuly hook up a portable mp3 player to their stock radio on the MP5? Is it possible to have a minijack where the tape/md player would go? If not what options are available? Double DIN receiver with inputs? Thanks all :(
