I tried it, works well until you get a phone call, then no bluetooth calls and they all get routed to the phone. That was v1.02, v0.99 didn't have the bluetooth call problem, but was also much less stable.
I wouldn't expect MMS to work anyway, apart from maybe something saying an attachment is there or something. Aside from the enhanced messaging, everything works fine for me. I'm just putting that down to it being a proprietary Samsung thing, and not a normal Android messaging service.
I've found with with my S7 on 7 that normal SMS work, but if you get messages using enhanced messaging (green text bubbles) the infotainment system doesn't pick them up
Can you not just get it fixed and pay the excess? I'm not sure insurance works in the US, but here in Australia I could just put a claim in, pay the excess and they fix it, even with no other party to blame
Wouldn't really matter to me that much because of the laws where I live. We can only use fogs lights in "adverse conditions" which don't happen very often in South Australia, and we can actually be fined for having them on in normal conditions. I'd really want them for the DRL light
Both those links are wrongly labeled by the seller. If you look at the package it says lithium. CR is the industrial code for lithium batteries.
I sell batteries for a living, want to hope I know what I'm talking about :-p
Definitely sounds like the remote battery, typical of them to be weaker in cold. Light will still flash as it's much less power to run the LED than it is to send a signal
