    Choosing between 3.0 and 2.3L ('06/'08) Mazda 6 Models

Hello Mazdas247 members, its been a while since I've been on the forums here! But I would really like some thoughts on some Mazdas I'm looking at to possibly purchase. I'm looking at 2 Mazda 6 sport sedans right now. One is a 2006 Mazda 6s with the 3.0 V6 and a 5 speed transmission, with only...

Rear driver side suspension is shot!

So as I'm walking around the Protege5 today, I notice the rear diver side suspension is wayyy lower than the other side. My car is 1/4th lowrider right now. I've never dealt with suspension problems, does anyone know what could possibly be wrong with it? Does this look like an easy fix that I...

    Best Exhaust For Mazda Protoge5

Nice! Is it said to give more performance than whatever was stock? But yes here's one: I think it looks pretty cool! Also, check out my old whip in that photo. 96 Ford Taurus, Couldn't have been happier to get this Mazda Protege5 to replace it

    Best Exhaust For Mazda Protoge5

I have some sort of (assumedly non-stock) exhaust on my P5, and I'm not sure of its origins. Could anyone tell me if its aftermarket and where it came from? It might just be stock but I'm not sure, it looks like this I had never questioned it until somebody pointed out to me that it straight...

    Thoughts on this intake

So a cold air intake is basically unnecessary? From the sound of it I might as well just get a new air filter and roll with the stock airbox.

    Thoughts on this intake

Any suggestions on a CAI worth getting then? Also do I have to remove the front bumper and relocate anything to install the CAI? I could use a detailed how-to install on the topic of cold air intakes.

    Thoughts on this intake

So, I've got a 2002 Mazda Protege5 that's practically all stock. I've asked around to see where I should start upgrading it, and a lot of people have said a cold air intake is a good place to start. After some looking at the differences between CAI's and short ram intakes I found a short ram...

Protege5 owner here, New to Mazdas24/7

It was a one owner car and she really took great care of it the whole time. I'm in southern Indiana. Cars can tend to rust out here so there is a little. But overall I couldn't have been happier with the condition of it.

What up dudes, first post in the forums. I bought a P5 back in October, and it's been my favorite car I've owned to date. It's all stock but in great condition and still runs really strong at 162k miles. I plan on having it for a while and would like to get into customizing it a bit. For now...
