Probably my fault - injector question

I hate that I have run out of cool “stuff” to post on this forum. I forgot how much I love this place. Short 16 hour day at work today but I’m going to swing by a shop tomorrow to get the code pulled. I didn’t forget and I’m not ignoring y’all, just busy AF at work. I appreciate y’all

Probably my fault - injector question

Valid questions and stupid me for not getting that info. I’ll see if I can find it on some service paperwork. So I go in for service, car is fine with no issues. They recommend a throttle body cleaner and an injector cleaning service. I tell them no but somehow decide to do the throttle body...

Probably my fault - injector question

So I went in for my 75k mileage service. I have a 2018 touring. Things went well, tire rotation and oil change… need new air filter, wipers and all that normal jazz. Then they hit me with a fuel injector cleaner and some other cleaner bs. Decided to pay for it, because the ride has been great...

    Saint's Build Thread

78k and climbing. Random check engine light which apparently means new injectors soon, joy. Almost traded it in for a Cherokee, but the one I want has 1 available within 500 miles and that changes daily, so going to hold this while I finish my ranger build. Still love the daily driver and...

As fun as this thing is for the beach, hunt camp, and anything else I do; I appreciate its reliability day to day. 106k! Nice! I will be there soon lol

Roof Rack Questions and (Eventually) answers - 2018 CX5

Replaced the plastic "locked" cover with the keyed cover due to me trying to load the kayak with the load assist. Long story short, broke the plastic ones.... Silly mistake but other than that the unit is holding up nicely and the keyed locks look better, have more metal and still as happy...

Misc update. Had some issues with the vehicle: 74,500k update - Oil leak from seal on motor - warranty resolved. - "ghosting" on my touch screen - dealer assisted with expense to replace - new tires, nothing fancy. - forgot other routine crap. I havent done much with the ride as i am most...

    CX-5 Accessory must haves?

Not really exclusive to this vehicle, but I highly recommend a dash cam at this point. I found a Yi for $30 on special and am very glad I bought it. Still think the floor mats and the roof rack are major must haves, but the dash cam has provided both a lot of entertainment and evidence as needed...

    CX-5 Accessory must haves?

Yes sir. That is exactly what I did. The soft one clips to the head rests and allows full functional movement of the rear seats. The heavy rubber one sits on top to contain all the messes. I keep the flap of the soft one exposed to fold down when the dogs are jumping in.

I haven't seen them in sale but don't buy direct from them. They only sell full retail but recommended I buy from one of their online retailers. Even helped me find one that wouldn't charge sales tax at the time.

I take off the J cradles when daily driving. When I need to load to yaks, they go back on. Here is the car with the bonafide EX123 and the RS.

Took a series of photos to show the loading and final view. I ditched the saddle mounts as the boat would slip when wet. Rhino rack load assist and a radar 135, single person load.
