Its not that loose but enough to move a little over time. Likely from me tapping beats on the wheel when I've got music going but irregardless annoying. I'm thinking it cant be that complicated, but will ask the dealership about it next time I am there if nobody here can suggest anything.
I tend to like to drive with the wheel all the way out and down, but I find after a week or so it has pushed back in a little and as a result I am constantly flipping the lock and checking it.
Anyone know if I can tighten the clamp somehow if I open it up?
cheers
anyone else notice a substantial volume jump on the OEM stereo between volume 4 and 5 ? For cabin conversation with music it seems 4 is too low and 5 is too loud, the rest of the increments are subtle. 2007 GT.
With all the positive reviews here on the Continental Extremes, do the winter versions hold up to similar goodness?

Car is pretty much stock but I've been putting together some shots to show off the beauty of the lines and details of the M5. will update regularly.

Sounds great except for one thing: the new redesign of the 5 is butt- ugly. All that was beautiful in the lines of the 5 is lost. Now it looks like a mini-minivan.
