Anyone turbo their protege without forged internals? I have just about everything I need to turbo it, And will be running it at no higher than 7psi.

My 2003 mazda protege keeps popping the 30 amp fuse for the fuel injection pump (FIP) it was doing it maybe once a week. now its everytime I turn the key. Can anyone help me?
