I bought the car with extended warrenty ... but if I were to do it again I would not because it covers the car up to 7 years or 100K ... and if a Japanese car brand cant survive 7 years or 100K without major issue I'll never buy that brand again for life.
I have same issue with my 2017 CX-5 sport.. issue happen when I try to go to work... Once car finally unlocks then key fob works fine.
Another location where I had this issue was in my parking garage trying to unlock the car to go home....
Like other poster after spaming unlock button a couple...

The front seats ... or at least an OPTION to UPGRADE to better bucket style seats which supports better.
I sat in a Lexus and a Genesis and those seats were great... I don't mind checking an option box of $2,000
for an option package for much better seats.
AWD because the Mazda AWD penalty is not nearly as bad as I was thinking initially ...
While I typically get 22-23mpg on my short commute to work...
I was able to get 32 mpg average on my longer trip (50 miles) to San Jose from San Francisco.

MY insurance is too damn high @ $225 monthly.

I can say for sure that DAS DIESEL is dead for the US market at least for passenger vehicle.
