Is the dimpled aluminum piece just behind the crossmember jack point a heat shield? I bent it out of shape because I stupidly thought it was the jack point. Lesson learned. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the replies. The cover I mangled up seems to be an aero cover so no biggie really.

Does anybody know what the cover is that is behind the front crossmember jack point? There is a part # KB7W-56393 and can't find it anywhere.

Yeah.... on second look. I definitely jacked it up by the wrong spot. That cover is for noise reduction or something? It doesn't look like I damaged anything other than the cover.

Hi, I was jacking up the CX5 using the front cross member, is there supposed to be a grey metal cover over top it or something. I used that and now its all bent. I can't upload a pic of it.

It happens when I'm not driving. I'll click on the message and nothing happens. It won't even read it aloud when I click on that button. How would I go about checking the software version? Thanks.

Hi there, I'm new to this forum. I was wondering if anyone might able to help. I am able to get a text message notification on the screen and it apparently downloads it. When I click on the message, it won't show. I've got a Galaxy S6 w/ Android 7.0
