The problem is with your phone, not your car. The car just shows up as a connected device, it's the phone that determines what is sent to it. Have you tried rebooting your phone?

Did you disconnect the battery first? If if not you could try disconnecting it now.... hopefully you didn't damage the PJB by unhooking it with the battery still connected. The other thing to do is to make sure all of the connectors are seated properly.

Park your car in the sun and they'll clear up on their own. If you want to help the process along a bit pull the bulbs out of their sockets to let air circulate (not recommended if you have bugs or dust that could get in to them!)
