Are the front bearings as easy as the rear to replace?

Swapped out my rear progress springs for MS3 springs, and now i have an even drop with the front progress springs. No more butt sag.

is it a woooooing kind of noise? i just started getting that in my 06' while driving on the snow, now its there all the time between 20-40 mph. I turned the heat/ac on and off and no changes.

Progress springs, but it is loaded up in the back so the wheels are tucked in more than usual. this is what it normally looks like

Some tint finally, 10% rear, 30% front

I was able to change the shocks without the pics. But they do help alot though, hope theyre put back soon. Rear shocks are one of the easiest things to replace in the 5, and an impact gun made it much faster.
