I'm selling my Soft Cargo Liner (0000-8K-N09) for the 2016 CX-9. It's an awesome liner and can cover up to the 2nd row if you have the 2nd and 3rd row folded flat.
I'm looking to get the Rubber Cargo Tray (0000-8B-N10) instead which was recently released.
If you guys are interested, I have...
damn I guess that's what I get for following the instructions to the 'T' without consulting the internet first (yes)
I will take it apart and redo. thanks for the help guys
This is what I meant when I said I might not have been able to position my rails correctly. As you guys can see from the images below, there's a slight gap between the rail and the car's roof. Can any one confirm for me if this is normal or not? Thanks

so after sleeping on it, I decided to do a quick inspection of what I did last night. I have a feeling the rails are not correctly aligned because of the tenstion from the crossbars.
can someone do me a favor please and take a close up picture of the where the rail meets the roof? is it...
I just did mine last night. I followed the instructions including the part to use a u-joint socket + torque wrench. but even with the u-joint socket, I couldn't get a good bite on the torx bolt and I was afraid I'd strip the bolt. I ended up unbolting the roof rails, installing and torquing...
Anyone else install the crossbars for the 2016 CX 9 GT?
I just did, it was a PITA. The bolts were inaccessible even with a u-joint socket as recommended by the instructions. I ended up unbolting the side rails so I can tighten the crossbars, then reinstalling the side rails. Unfortunately the...
for those that taped the resistors rather than drilling, how's that working for you guys?
I'm looking to install LED turn signals as well and I'd hate to have to drill holes on my new car
center ones are definitely worth it. ever since I got a car with one, all my subsequent cars I would order them. one good example is when you buy eggs from the grocery. without the nets, I'd have to put it in the passenger area on the floor so it doesn't fly around and break. with the nets...
new one kinda works as well as a barrier like that. I have the net hooks closest to the hatch hooked up to their respective D-rings, and I have the bungie for top net hooks hooked up to the cargo hooks like you have on your pic. It works but it looks a bit sloppy since it's not folded in half...
where does the top part of the net mount onto though? the bottom part has D-rings to attach to. On the top part, only thing I;m seeing are some plastic hooks but no D-rings. Do you guys hook the bungie from the net on those hooks?
If I'm reading this correctly, are you saying the 2016 nets can be folded in half and used as a barrier, for when the 3rd row is up? Can you guys elaborate on this a bit more please (or provide pics if you guys have one handy)?
I don't have the car right now and I'm at work so I can't check...
awesome yes that's exactly what I was experiencing, a thump/popping sound that's louder with a rapid release of the pedals. glad to know it's normal. thanks for your help Turborascal
