Thanks! I didn't disassemble it, I just masked it off carefully and then used PlastiDip.

I've only done it twice, but will probably have to do it again. I'll give that a try, as those were 2 of the most annoying drives I've ever had lol.

Yes, took the door panel off. It's the only way to get to the switch panel. The door panel was simple to take off, there are 2 screws and the rest are clips, and unhook the power cable for the switches. The switch panel took a bit to remove since I was trying to be careful and didn't know...

Probably just the lighting. If the photo go too dark, it didn't show any of the texture. It is a lot darker than the stock wood piece, but I think it looks really good.

I took everything apart so the wrap goes underneath everything. It's not perfect, but turned out good enough for me. Used an Xacto and a heat gun, and watched a few videos on youtube about how to apply wraps.

Mine wasn't too bad yet, but with kids and a dog I could see it getting worse. The window switch panel showed more wear than the center console. Cleaned with a microfiber cloth.
