i had an evap code, can't remember the code right now but the issue was a stuck evap purge valve located in the rear of the car near the gas tank. it's super easy to get to. 4 bolts to undo the shield. Remove the purge valve. Throw some wd40 in there and make sure that it works by checking it...

I don't know if I can trust eBay. It says it's for years 2010 to 2015. But the model changed on 2012... Is the US anyways. Will I be getting both shop manuals? Is that the one you got?

I have a similar issue with a cel p0455 and p0456. Changed to a new gas cap, cel didn't go away. I'm thinking it's the purge solenoid. I have a 2012 mazda5 with the 2.5 is that a common issue? Any suggestions?

Thanks! noted. Also, I got a p0455 [Small Evap Leak] cel. Swapped to a new, Stan gas cap. CEL still on. I've been searching online for a possible fix, and folks seems to suggest its a purge solenoid/valve. Has this been an issue on 2012 MZ5's?
