Replacing the screen fixed mine completely. The dealer was very helpful and knew about the problem so it must be pretty common in the 2016 model. Good luck!
I noticed when i upgraded my iPhone 7 plus to iOS 11 that i am now getting pictures of contacts when I receive a phone call. I had never had the pictures come through before. After the ios 11 update my first call inbound had the picture and all others since have as well. Might just be my set...
Yes, I was the one that posted the sub treatment - polyfill, then sound deadener. Has made a nice difference but still trying to get the system to sound its best and interested in insights from other owners!
Saw some threads regarding people's recommended settings for other Mazda models.
Interested in hearing what 2016+ CX9 Bose owners use for their audio settings? I tend to play around with different settings frequently but right now I am using:
Bass -1
Treble +3
Fader 0
Balance 0
Centerpoint...
I have the 2016 Sig and thought the AC was weak also. I tinted everything with Llumar, including the already factory- tinted windows because they did not reject the heat like higher quality tints. Did the windshield too. Made a huge difference especially in Houston weather!
Had the car checked...
So I finally got some time to work on the subwoofer a bit more. I started this thread with the polyfill suggestion. PT guy recommended deadening the sub cabinet with auto sound deadened material so I took a shot at that today.
I took the sub out and covered the cabinet with sound deadener -...
Thanks much for the great directions! I heard about the AIO tool but I saw there were a number of folks complaining about bricking so I never tried it myself. Glad it is working for you! I will read up on it again.

Yes! The car is a joy to drive. I am still surprised how agile it feels. The infotainment system problems are troublesome but hopefully will get sorted out. I am getting a bit better MPG now - about 25.5-26.5 on highway and about 22.7 in mixed Houston traffic and some highway. If you are...

Did you do the update yourself without the dealer? If so will you tell me how you got the firmware so I can do the same? Thanks!

Yes it is an old trick but it often works. Used it several times for bass cabinets when playing over the years. If you can remove some of the thumps mid-bass, it uncovers some of the detail in the music - just doesn't overpower it as much. Good luck.

I posted the pictures of mine. I have the Signature and the rails were already installed. I just had to order the cross bars.
There was only one spot to install the cross bars (as pictured). I didn't notice whether they are adjustable in the roof rails - sliding fore or aft. I assumed they...
Same experience here with me. I have used two different iPhones (6plus and 6s) and had the same crashes. Here is what is working best for me so far -
No USB. Guaranteed crashes if I keep an iPhone or iPod plugged in to USB. The quick start guide for this car warns to always unplug sub before...

I have the same problems but I have noticed the system seems to be more stable (less crashes) if I don't plug anything in the USB port. I had an iPod plugged in and noticed the system crashed more often. Just using bluetooth connected iPhone for telephone and music streaming right now. Do...
