    where did you relocate the maf? when you first start the car it is in open loop getting its information from the maf and coolant temp sensors ( I believe )...if the maf is not sending accurate or good information due to a bad location, it could be causing your problem.

    there is a white clip on the throttle cable by the tb, you push one way on the clip to unlock it and adjust the cable accordingly, then re snap the clip and you're set.

    if you are trying to upload from your desktop i think the size limit is 100x500...if you upload to a site like photobucket etc, you can just copy the image code and past it here with no issues.

    normally if you rent a tester its universal, I believe the reg protege and msp are both 16psi or 1.1 bar. I believe if the cap failed you'd know for sure. check heater core hoses etc...

    If the egr is stuck, give it a good cleaning.........also change your coil packs and plugs. Problem should go away with those three. What you have is a common problem.

    I don't think your fenders will be to much of an issue because you'll be running the stock offset, however adding an inch and a half to the rim size might make it rub your suspension. I'd suggest getting spacers and rolling your fenders to avoid that, or just get rims with a different et
