I was having the same problem for 3 months. Turned out to be one of the coils lol. I just wish I was not so lazy and special ordered it from autozone 3 months ago. Now the car runs fine, fingers crossed. Good luck and I hope you get the situation fixed.

Update, problem fixed, thanks everyone for thier help. Turns out one of the coil packs that was purchased off another member was bad, even worse than the one I replaced. I checked the spark plug wires when the car was on for any sign of a spark and got none so that coil pack was dead. 26 dollars...
