Pandora works in Canada if you have Android 4.4.x, Xposed and the Pandora Patcher module for Xposed which adds a few options that imho should already be part of Pandora. You need a Pandora account but it will work. Beyond the scope of this forum to describe more.
The lack of a proper "door ajar" light makes the autolocking feature into an annoyance on my GT (no tech pkg) if any door isn't slammed with extra force. Even if the door is totally closed the sensors don't register it sometimes and the way to fix is by re-closing all doors or manually locking.
Keep in mind the feature won't work (and you won't hear the two beeps) if one door isn't perfectly closed. I've had to double-close the hatch a few times, sometimes even the passenger doors too. The sensors are finicky.
I think the Murano is more of a truck because it has the power and awful fuel economy of one. If they came without the CVT I'd have bought one for the power and nice cabin layout.
OP: If you drive the piss out of your CX-5 it's worth doing a Blackstone UOA. They can tell you whether you're changing oil too early, what the engine condition is, and much more. Going by uneducated forum guesses isn't going to help you.
Just drove mine in 33 celcius and was completely comfortable with cooling capacity to spare. Might be worth a test drive on a hot day to find out if it'll work for you. 2014 GT 2.5L.
Hi guys, I hope everybody here who cares about mileage and such is tracking the fuel economy with hard numbers. I've been using fuelly.com and 89 octane, averaging about 9.5L/100km from full to empty each time. More data points would be great.
I tried to order and it gave me a bogus error "Currently, we only service purchases made from United States. All purchases must be made from within the US with a US bank issued credit card with matching US billing address." Can anybody confirm this site actually works?
2014 GT, minor driver's mirror vibration at speed but nothing to worry about, it's really insignificant. Passenger is rock solid so I wonder why they don't just make them the same.
It's not really a solution per se but I've got a workaround. I've got my phone (Android Note II) hooked up with BT and a profile, so when it's in the car it just resumes where it left off. There's probably a similar option for iOS and the newer iPods probably do BT as well.
Some apps that can...
