    Latest CX-90 teaser (12/13/2022)

From the C&D article: Mazda promises that the CX-90's six-cylinder will provide better fuel economy than the CX-9's 23 mpg combined EPA rating thanks to its hybrid system. Another interesting piece, 6, 7, or 8 passenger: Mazda will offer three different seating configurations with space for...

    Latest CX-90 teaser (12/13/2022)

For those wanting info on the PHEV, looks like at a full charge it'll have 21 miles of range. Looks like it might also show a combined range to empty (not just what gas will get you), which at this point was only 70 miles.

    First 2014 in Minnesota?

Got any specifics that you are looking for? My wife has been hogging the car, so I haven't gotten to drive/play with it much. I know the Pandora integration works pretty well. You launch Pandora on your phone, and when the car connects you get full control. Displays artist/track, station...

What did you pay for your CX-5?

Dealer prep? That sounds like a restaurant charging an assembly fee on your food. It's something they are just supposed to do. I'm curious what they'd say if you said, "don't worry about taking the tape off, I'll do that myself for $600."

2014 CX-5 listed for sale in NJ

I suppose since these all come from Japan, they start on the west coast and have to work their way east. I saw 3 roll off the truck last Friday in MN. Drove one on Saturday, had another in the garage since Tuesday :D I saw more being delivered last night as well.

    CX-5 2013 vs 2014

Here's the official press release that mentions what features on each trim: http://www.mazdausamedia.com/download/2014+CX-5+Overview+FINAL.pdf From what I remember, the main differences was the 2.5L on Touring and Grand Touring, SCBS, and the radio supporting Pandora and SMS texts (read and reply).

    First 2014 in Minnesota?

Yes there was some kind of doc fee. It included some state filing fees as well as dealer ones.

What did you pay for your CX-5?

I think they explain who can share the discount in the FAQs http://www.mazdausa.com/MusaWeb/displayPage.action?pageParameter=ProgramGuidelineFaq It depends on what level she is at, but the strictest is "Ford-approved supplier employees and their spouse (2 per year)." So you'd be ok as the spouse.

    First 2014 in Minnesota?

They gave me a $500 quote for them to get and install one. I'm guessing the official one, like H&A offers (thanks for the suggestion popeyecahn), might need some wiring with it. To power the Homelink and all. I'd be fine with just dimming and no compass or garage buttons. I'm not sure if...

    First 2014 in Minnesota?

Yeah, I know you'll need proof, I'll try to get a picture of it tonight. And I can verify the engine cover's are grey, not sure if that's a 2014 thing or a 2.5 thing. I did drive the 2013 and figured this was a no-brainer upgrade. It's not that often you can get a model year newer of the same...

What did you pay for your CX-5?

I just snapped up a 2014 AWD Grand Touring. I was buying it with S-plan, but when I forgot the PIN, they told me not to worry about it and still went through with the deal. Got it for just under 29k before TTL. That makes it about $700 under MSRP.
