I have 2 kids (ages 7 and 9) and a dog and the CX9 has been enough room for us. We use the third rooms a fair amount for quick drives but never for drives when we'd need true cargo room. But today I hauled 3 kids and 3 adults (including me) from a baseball game with the third room in use and...
Thanks for the replies...I believe it's a $600 or so job at the dealer (i called/sent them photos).
It's just the top portion of the grill...the grill is two parts (it's not the bottom, near the bumper). Also, the grill wraps around the badge/emblem so the emblem and sensors were not damaged...
Somebody backed into my car while it was parked and damaged the front grill in a bunch of places....It's plastic (I think) so there is no repairing it. It's a full replacement. It's not the entire front end...just the grill area (the rest of the front/nose is still fine).
It's probably not...
I live in NYC and my 3 month old CX-9 in Machine Gray already has chips on the driver's side door edge, courtesy of the guys who park my car in the garage I overpay each month in order to park. It's stripped down to the metal. I am going to touch it up (have the paint) but am considering door...
New owner (since early June 2017). Coming from a BMX X3 and find it to be a great vehicle. By far the best car for its money. Most of the cars that compare to it are a good 15 to 20 grand more to get the same level of driveaibility and fit/finish. I have a 2 kids and a big dog and we've...
I am a relatively new owner (well, lessor) of a 2017 Grand Touring CX-9. I took delivery the first week in June and have about 1700 miles on it, including several trips to/from the beach (about 2 hours from us) and a long weekend up in the mountains (about a 3.5 hour drive). It's also had it's...
Thanks
Ya, the color swatch is not very close but a paint code is a paint code. Will order this and test it and then see (and report back). I only need a paint pen's worth. Worst case I'm out 15 bucks
I have leased 2017 Machine Gray Metallic CX9 that I have had for 5 weeks....and the NYC garage where we have the pleasuring of spending $420 a month to park has slightly chipped up the inside "rim" of the driver's door.
Surprised it took them 5 weeks!
It's a very minor thing but I notice it...
I can see how with 5 people and gear it would be very tight....You'd have to have all the seating up, right? There's not much room left in the rear at that point.
Thus far for us it's proving plenty roomy for the dog, 2 kids, wife and I plus our weekend gear.
I am not a huge fan of just the naked FOB....but the hole that there is not keychain friendly. I was able to get a medium sized nite ize S caribiner onto it and it's okay, but not ideal.
What are others doing with their FOB?
My last car was a 2006 BMW X3 that had none of these features (they really didn't exist back then). Before that, obviously, no cars really had them. I've been driving for the better part of 30 years (like a lot of you assume) so, of course, I'm trained in the old fashioned ways of having to...
Thx. I realize I did not have the parking sensor turned on. It's a bit confusing since all the others switches are set to on and to turn them off you actively push them (and a light shows). Parking sensor is the opposite. But I guess maybe the sensor is only something people turn on as needed...
I have 3 older brothers and the test they did in the video above looks like something they would have dreamed up....
My vehicle definitely has it. I'll try with a cardboard box. What does adding the foil do?
