Hi, is there an option/ relay available for the 5 so you can have a 1 touch turn indicator. Basically so you can push up/down and you get three flashes? I know this is an available mod on other cars, but haven seen one available on the mazda5. Unfortuantley these guys dont make them for the 5...

How do you reset/ clear the check engine light on a 2003 p5? I need the car to pass a smog test, and it cant with the light on, I believe the car is throwing a inacurate code P421. Any help is appreciated. Marc

I rattle....Usually a tap, or hit, or a wack will fix the problem......or make it worse. We have 2 P5's and they both rattle like crazy....

I have been getting the same code, but as I understand it, that code will sometimes come up first because of another part is failing. I would def buy a header or check your junkyard. I also found pre CATs on ebay for around 100$...

Update: We looked at the plugs, and two of them reeked of gas, and we replaced the coil that those plugs ran to. Hopefully this fixes the problem. Well See...Thanks to everyone for there help.

Problem: We have a 2003 P5 with 110k miles. It has some kind of idle/power issue. Sometimes it drives fine, and sometimes it will want to Stall out, has decrese in power with a slight "rapping/clunking" noise. (feels like its running on 2 cylinders) This usaully happens while driving, or...
