I have XPEL on both our CX5's (2014 and 2016) on half hood/fenders, front bumper, headlights, fog lights, side mirrors, door cups, and tailgate trim at top of bumper. I had a shop do it for roughly $800. It has held up great! Both cars have over 40,000 miles with the film on them from Week 1...

I just replaced my Toyos at 43,000 miles on my GT, which has mostly highway miles. Seems pretty decent to me and the tires worked fine. I replaced them with Yokohama YK740 GTX from Discount Tire.

Has anyone tried to buy the 2016 interior trim pieces (brushed aluminum look) to replace the gloss black pieces on the previous year CX-5? Specifically the black trim above glove box and the trim around the left and right side air vents.

There is not any upkeep with Optimum...no layering of other products either. It's a set it and forget it deal. If you want to remove it for whatever reason before it is dead, you have to polish it off.

Make sure recycled air setting is OFF.

Had the dealership replace driver's side mirror b/c of vibration issue. They had a service bulletin on it too. Better now but still not quite as good as passenger side. (2014 touring)

No tan seats for me but Folex is a good stain remover and very safe cleaner. You can get it in most hardware stores or Target/Walmart. Scotch Guard will protect them a good bit. re-apply annually.

The mazda brand, soft runner cargo mat. I liked that it has the side "cups" whereas the weathertech did not.

$24,360 before tax and all the other good stuff 2014 Meteor Grey Touring with roof rack (no GPS or sunroof/tech package). Ordered the cargo all weather mat from amazon. Splash guards will be next.
