Clock incorrect after car was driven and parked by Valet

You're not seriously asking that question, are you? :ROFLMAO:

Clock incorrect after car was driven and parked by Valet

My understanding is that the CX gets its time information from the phone, it syncs up and gets the time information. I would think that the phone would have to be paired with the car in order to grab that information. Check the connected Bluetooth list on your infotainment system for any...

Doing the brakes when you're old...

I'm in the same boat, millage wise and I never put enough miles on the CX to reach the oil change number. I change it once a year. With 5 vehicles to maintain, including a motorhome and a motorcycle, (adding a 6th soon, another toy, a Can-Am Spyder F3 so that my wife can ride with me. She...

    CX-5 Accessory must haves?

Just a suggestion but you might want to give an inkling of a clue as to what you're talking about. Yes, I see your link but not everyone wants to click on a nearly random link posted by some stranger. YYMV

2016 CX-5 puts itself in maintenance mode

Another one bites the dust. Not sure what your CX is doing but it sounds like some sort of limp mode. Good luck with it.

    Mazda 2.5L Turbo Swap?

I'm sure that the swap is doable but why? That's a TON of trouble to go through for not much gain.

Doing the brakes when you're old...

Not so much bravery as a broke college student trying to make ends meet. You are right, a disguised Mustang with VERY expensive tires to go on 'trick' wheels. At the time there was only ONE tire that could be fitted to those wheels. TRX tires by Michelin to go on TRX wheels. I have no idea...

Doing the brakes when you're old...

That's funny! My very first new car was a Capri! 1979 Capri RS w/turbo and 4 speed manual, black with bright green stripes. It was a Mercury by then. I replaced the clutch in my driveway, first time doing a clutch, and also the turbo, first time for that as well. The patient survived both...

Car Issues After Low Battery From Sitting A While (2016 CX-5)

As others have said, a new battery is in order. A battery tender would be a good thing to have as well. Do you have a multimeter?

Car Issues After Low Battery From Sitting A While (2016 CX-5)

I'm still on the OEM battery in my 2016.5 and it's still doing its thing, no issues. I've used a battery tender, religiously, for its entire life though...

Hesitation at high RPM after refilling the gas tank?

I have no idea what a 'freedom flyover state' is, neither does my web search engine it seems, but what does that have to do with the use of alcohol in premium? Most agricultural (CORN) states mandate the use in our gas. Non-alcohol gas can still be had but normally it cost more and is harder...

Hesitation at high RPM after refilling the gas tank?

If it makes you feel better then go on. Nothing wrong with using Premium when not required (other than costs) but don't think for one second that Premium does a better job at managing water than the lower octanes. Are you using non alcohol Premium? You sure?
