Is there major work required in clocking the turbo?

n00b question: What do you mean by clocking the turbo? Is it advantageous in that the hot pipe is shorter for faster throttle response and such?

Well I guess the CEL I had cleared since I started it up this morning and it wasn't on. I'm sure it'll pop back up here in 50 miles or so! Lol.

Replaced my ignition coil and it cured my problem! Extremely thankful it wasn't something more serious. Still have a CEL though which I'm sure it'll be the o2 sensor needing replacement so that's next on the list! Haha.

How is your hot pipe routed? Does it run under the turbo or something?

To add onto this, from what I've read here on the forum the LSD should be replaced regardless of how much power you plan on making. Either have it welded or replaced with the mFactory version.

They suck balls in terms of making power with equal reliability. The more power, the more unstable and questionable it becomes. Same goes for the LSD.

Thanks dudes! Hopefully gonna pick up one today, replace it, and see if it helps. If not, I'll go ahead and get a new o2 sensor. Think it's worth just replacing all ignition coils and wires while I'm at it? Not sure when they were last replaced though.

Shop called back about the car. They recommended replacing the cylinder 4 ignition coil as well as the upstream o2 sensor. Thinking I'm gonna replace the ignition coil firsthand as I don't see the o2 sensor contributing to this particular problem. Any recommendations for a good set of ignition...

Agreed. Wire tucks are definitely not feasible for daily drivers.

Couldn't agree more! No matter the car, I feel as long as you treat it well it will treat you just as well in return. Can't expect to run the s*** out of a car day in and day out without something going wrong sooner or later.
