checked out the FPR. no smell on the oil cap, pulled the lines and they don't smell and nothing leaked out. guessing that makes it ok. found a how to for the purge solenoid. pulled it off the intake, hooked up a 12v and it ticked like the how to said it should. hooked up a hose to it and blew...
