For some reason my camera wont work when connected to that wire. I previously had it connected to the rear +12V cargo plug, but want to remove it due to battery drain as the camera will be consuming a bit of power even with the car off.

Correct. I believe that newer fluid is always better than older fluid. Whether it's necessary or not is debatable, but $50 and an hour for peace of mind is worth it to me. Less particles, shavings, heat, all good things for an auto trans.

The more concerning thing is after shifting to D...when I am going to get on the highway that first shift is pretty hard and firm from 1-->2. I mean its fine after that and the all shifting from then on is smooth, but is it worth taking it in?

Just bought a cx-5, can't find any replacement info for a little rubber mat or insert that would fit in the bottom of the cupholder opening, to collect spills etc. Or do these cars not come with them?

I picked up a esky backup camera and was very disappointed to see that it doesnt work with my 2013 cx5. Do I really need to get a special 6vdc camera? Where can I find the plug/harness that connects to the back of the radio?
