What is the software version? I had the module and software update when it first came out and the shuffle does not work via the head unit only via voice command.

Saw this in a parking lot today, I gave a few scrapes on my bumper and thought this would be a nice "fix". I left a note for the owner with my email but have not heard back. Does anyone know what this is or where I can get? It was soft foam, looked like it was stuck on as I did not see any straps.

does anyone else have the shuffle problem while using bluetooth? Using IOS9 if I hit the shuffle icon on the phone or tell Siri to shuffle noting happens. The icon on the phone does not stay on, even if it was on before starting the car. This is with the updated module.

I think there is a misunderstanding, I know the button on the head unit would not turn on shuffle but it used to do it when I told Suri to shuffle music or pressed the shuffle button in the music app. I do believe it would shuffle before the update, no?

The problem I am having with the new module is that I can not turn on shuffle play when using bluetooth. I can tap the button but it goes right off. Even if it is on before entering the car, it goes off.

And it may sound stupid but do you also have the notifications turned on in notification Center to show banners.

And you turned on the option in the bluetooth settings? (by pressing the i next to the connection and turning on notifications?)

Mine would not download older messages maybe because they were already read, last night got a text while driving and yes it did work, so maybe only with new messages. iPhone 6+ IOS 8.3

Yesterday took to dealer for 15,000 service and to have the bluetooth module replaced, hopefully that fixed the starting from first track problem. Today was wash day, clayed and waxed ready for some nice weather I hope.
