2016.5 CX-5: Weird smell from vents (not cabin filter related)

Amazing and helpful pic above. I also face the same issue and found this TSB: TSB NUMBER: 07-002/19 https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2019/MC-10169539-0001.pdf which provides instructions to dry first and apply air cooling coil coating (not available to buy online). I plan to use some other...

Drive Belt tensioner leaking at 40,700 miles per dealer

I got my replacement part from an online store. Though the online site and order lists it as PE03-15-980C, what I received was PE02-15-980 but with the correct serial number: F569897.13 It is INA brand and made in Slovakia. Also, as many of us faced this issue around 29K miles, I suspect that...

2013~2016 Belt Tensioner - Shouldn't this be a warranty item?

Use method mentioned in http://www.mcx5.org/drive_belt_removal_installation-1230.html to check the workings of it. Also, on tire pressure, I agree with others here and mentioned so many times that car manufacturer mentioned value is correct, not the tires max limit.

Drive Belt tensioner leaking at 40,700 miles per dealer

Is that comprehensive 3yr warranty or 6 yrs power train one? For me, mazda USA rep confirmed that it is under 3yrs/36k warranty but not in 6yrs one. I plan to get it fixed with oem parts online ($105+taxes&shipping for the tensioner) and I'll also get belts replaced at the same time. Non dealer...

    Need All-Season Tire Recomendations

Got P7 plus for my 15'CX-5. Too new to say anything concrete but the steering feels lighter and tires seem to be a bit of quieter than my old OEM Toyos.

How many miles before you replaced your original tires?

Replaced tp P7 plus yesterday with about 4/32nd left at 27700 miles. Too new to say anything concrete but the steering feels lighter and tires seem to be a bit of quieter than my old OEM Toyos.

    CX-5 New (OEM) Tires Question

I tried to ask my dealer to change the tires as well when I purchased mine but the request was denied and at that time I also planned to replace Toyo's earlier than needed w/ better ones.

Spare wheel in trunk 2019 CX-5

+1 to murky@, full height tires fit fine, including the original 4 wheels/tires. It is the width which pushes the board up. A narrower tire on any 17/18" wheel would work. As mentioned in another thread and above: 17" wheel with T165/90R-17 fits perfectly and is almost the same size as other...

Feedback/concerns/review on Pirelli p7 all season Plus!

Thanks! Yes, price makes it a great deal (less than half of Michelin's). I was also leaning towards Continental or Michelin's before this :). Given that there is no glaring red flag, I'll mostly go with the P7's.
