yes this is a FMIC kit the reason it looks like piping for a SMIC is because they kept the hard pipes as close to stock as possible.

actually our MSPs have EBD (electronic brakeforce distribution) so when the sensors in the abs detects a raised wheel usually it is most effective at the track to stabilize the car under extreme braking manuevers. I work for nissan and our Z cars have the same sound at weird angle braking
