    How to: Install new Belt Tensioner, Accessory Belt and AC belt

    Great write up. I did my 07 2.0 last weekend and the Gates tool didn't fit over the crank, so I put 4 zip ties through the crank, turned it, put 4 more in and turned it again and just at the point I was gonna put in 4 more, the belt snapped perfectly into place.

    We got our daughter a 2007 sedan, 2.0, with 176,000 on it and it isn't eating oil as bad as some stories I've seen. I've changed transmission fluid and the pan because it was rusted but everything else in the engine is bone dry. Also replaced the 3 mounts, rotors, pads, break fluid, belts, rear...

    Best way to reinstall Stretch Fit A/C Belt?

    The Gates tool didn't fit over the crank pulley on my daughter's 07 2.0 but the the zip ties worked like a charm. Put 3 in a spindle, rotated to where could I put 3 in the next spindle and rotated to get to the last spindle but the belt popped in. 30 minutes maybe....

    Passenger motor mount

    I just did all 3 this weekend.Passenger side was trashed, the other 2 not so bad but they were old so they got swapped too.
