What have you done to your Mazda6 today?

The hids I got were just plug n play and you just plug them into the power and ground wires on the headlights, They are real easy to install.

Hmm...I have DDM 35W 5K's in my garage waiting to be installed. I also bought the relay harness though, just like my P5, so I think that may be where the power and ground to the battery come from.

Seems to be a common issue with these cheaper HID kits. Our VVME kits would do that every now and then too. The headlights come on when you put it in park on my Wife's Trailblazer, in darker situations like pulling out of the garage every morning. I had to explain to her to LOOK AT THE HEADLIGHTS before she just starts looking behind her to back out. Sometimes 1 light won't be on, and she'll roll the rest of the way to work all stupid looking like that. lol

Washed her and took some pics...even had a police escort...lol

Do the roof racks fit the Speed? I need a rack...don't ask.

I think they should fit. Go into a bike shop and see about the clips (most use them) to see how they will fit.

Ordered Cobb AP, HR springs, and stainless steel braided brake lines. Can't wait to get them. Had car washed yesterday and then Rain-X the windows.

I'm into it! I saw someone with a painted grille on a car like mine...has me thinking. lol

Got my tint game on today...

Lowered on H&R Springs and new tires Conti ExtremeContact DWS 225 40-18. It is lower than I expected. The feel is a little more twitchy than I expected. I'm not sure if from the tires (I had Eagle F1 A/S - C) as I was used to a stiffer sidewall or the lower profile or the firmness. I haven't pushed the car hard as I have had my daughter with me. I do need to clean up the wheels. I think power coating is in the future. I'm still messing with the AP to get it right: only making 13 psi and should be closer to 16. It does have a much greater throttle response.
