Weird Triton Problem

Installing 3 pair VLED V3 Triton bulbs on my CX-5. One pair amber for the front parking/turn signal (1157 adapter); one pair amber rear turn signal (7443/7440 adapter) and the last pair of red for the tail/stop lights (7443/7440 adapter).

Only got 1 front turn signal in as the driver side is a bit tough to get at without taking some plastic panels off. Got everything in the rear installed but when I tested the flashers, the passenger side tail light was flashing on/off in opposite phase of the turn signal. I have the 5A resistor/fuse installed inline on the amber turn flashers to prevent hyperflash.

Driver side tail/brake is fine. I tried adding the resistor/fuse but no change. I unplugged the Triton controller and plugged the stock incandescent bulb back in and it works just fine. Reversing the inline connector with the Triton bulb results in either no light or the weird flashing sequence when using the right turn signal or 4-way emergency flashers.

I finally removed the controller and installed the yet-to-be installed controller which would have gone on the driver-side front. Now it works fine. Do I simply have a bad controller? The bad(?) controller when plugged into the rear turn signal operates normally.

What gives?

The video is private. Can't see what the problem is.

Hmm. Can't see the private porn video, however, I use 50w 6ohm resistors on my switchbacks, and rear led markers (four in all), and all are in phase. Pretty much $5-10 for two at many websites.

I tried my best to do some research online but can't figure out why it's doing that. Why not look at the left side and see if you plugged something in backwards by accident.
