Here are the dyno numbers for stock 150hp tune, our 150hp to 175hp upgrade tune, and our base v1.10 tune.
Testing was done on a 2015 Mazda6 150hp w/ manual transmission.

The VersaTuner tune makes +53hp over the 150hp tune and +31hp over the 175hp tune.

We're not done yet. There will be more tunes coming. :)

Hi,

I have the M6 175 2013.

Maybe a daft question as I already have several answers in my head but for confirmation more than anything.

How come you can get so much for out of the 150 compared to the 175?

Also how much are these tunes as I'm looking at getting mine done in April.

Cheers

The 150 and 175 are exactly the same hardware. The 175 is the 150 with a factory tune. The engine has the same limitations whether it's a 150 or 175.
Peak power for the platform is limited by EGTs. We keep our EGTs sane. When comparing tunes, look at what the peak EGTs are and be sure that the EGT sensors are not skewed to report false low temps. Unfortunately with a black box tune, you won't know that till your turbo is cooked. Our VersaTuner tunes are unlocked, open, and editable by you.
We offer a bundle consisting of our VersaTuner software plus our VersaLink cable for $549 USD plus shipping. You only need to bring your own Windows tablet/laptop.
We ship from within the EU, so there should not be any import duty.
