2013~2016 Unknown in Engine Bay

I was checking the oil level on my 2015 and got nosy and started looking around. On the passenger side behind the windshield washer bottle I spotted something with a rubber top somewhat buried in and was wondering what it was. Can anyone enlighten me on it's function etc.? They stuff so much under the hood these days you can hardly do any work yourself without specialized tools.

Possibly a cap fell off one of the a/c line valves
