Tire Pressure Warning System Question

Reviewing the manual for my 2020 (foreign edition) Signature I see no mention of a tire pressure warning system. Do all the US models have it? I thought mine did but didn't look into it until my recent 10,000 kilometer maintenance when the mechanic reported that my tires were under inflated.

TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) has been mandatory for US sold passenger vehicles since 2008.

Ok thanks I didn't know that. Evidently not required on Mazda vehicles sold in Colombia

you should be able to add TPMS separately (though not fully integrated into the Mazda).

most of these are a cap that senses the tire pressure at the stem.
