So put them back on and keep them. I am sure a lot of people will agree with me that those look amazing on your car and your set up. I say keep them for another year and then maybe change them out.

True, but you don't meet the same people complimenting your car everyday. I've had the same setup on my 6 for a while now and everytime I hear a compliment or someone asks me about it, I knew I made the right choice to keep it where she is at.
That is what keeps me going.

Oh man I hadn't even considered that option. Brushed face DHs would be sexy! The reason I kind of want the lips painted is because they are polished now and they are pretty rough. It would take a lot of work (labor $$) to get the nicks and such ground out and get the lips all polished evenly.

I think brushed can be done without separating the faces. Maybe a hypersilver PC on the lips then? A matte finish on the faces and gloss on the lips would be awesome, but black wheels, are just totally played out IMO.
Agreed. I like matte black lips but not sure if they would look good on the car.
